Emancipation Day 2008 Saturday, November 1, 2008; Time: 11am to 3pm Admission fees are waived this day. Donations graciously accepted, however.
We are generally available for PRIOR appointments late mornings & early afternoons on weekdays; early mornings on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons from 2pm until 4pm. Please make an appointment so as to avoid disappointment.

- For tours of the Museum, admission fees are generally $5/person, unless otherwise arranged. Cash or checks will be received the day of the tour. No credit cards, please.
- A tour lasts approx. 1.5 hours.
- Our culturally significant space is available for rental. Contact us via E-mail for details.
- Flash photography and videography are permitted.
- The Great Hall is wheelchair accessible. Limited parking is available at the Museum. Additional parking is available across the street at the Ross Boddy Community Center.
- In the event of inclement weather, we follow Montgomery County Public Schools. If MCPS is closed, then tours or lectures for that day are also canceled.
- We are a non-smoking facility. No food, beverages, candy or gum are permitted in the gallery spaces.
